Joyful Birth Education offers Wonderfully Created Natural Childbirth classes for expecting parents and couples in the Greater Kansas City Metro Area. A schedule of classes is found on our Childbirth Classes page.

We believe in the ability for a mother and her partner to have a wonderful and delightful pregnancy and birth. We offer birth education through our WonderfullyCreated childbirth classes to assist you in taking care of yourself and your baby while pregnant as well as giving you tools to have a natural childbirth. Our fun childbirth classes will teach basic nutrition for pregnancy and physical and relaxation exercises to help strengthen yourself in preparation for your labor. We will go over the different aspects and stages of labor and birth, birthing positions, how to make a birth plan, comfort measures during labor, what to do if complications arise, techniques for the birth partner to assist the mother, and information regarding postpartum and newborn care.

All of our Wonderfully Created Childbirth Classes are offered in a safe, fun, and open manner. We believe that both mothers and babies have the God-given ability to birth naturally, without unnecessary medical interventions, in a peace-filled and joyful birth atmosphere. We strive to equip you with tools to implement that knowledge in your pregnancy, labor, and birth.
